Enjoy a mindful week with us!

You will be practising full-body hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga classes with our lovely yoga teacher Anina. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated and you can work within your own comfort level and pace. You can expect an emphasis on breathing, mindfulness and ease of movement.
